IMPORTANT TIP

To avoid tears and disappointment, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAKING SANTA'S VISIT A SURPRISE FOR THE KIDS. This is because our professional, "real beard" Santas are rare. Should there be a cancellation due to a sick Santa, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule your event, but we can't guarantee it. If we are unable to do so, you will be refunded in full.

What's included?

Each Santa event includes a meet 'n greet at the truck with Santa, a special holiday menu for the number of guests included in your event package* (limited edition holiday sundaes, rich, creamy Scream Truck hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, and cookies and brownies from Liv Breads), custom curated holiday music on our premium sound system, a festive truck, and as many photos as you can take! *NOTE: The full menu will not be available for Santa events.

Will you have a photographer to take photos?

We will not be bringing a photographer. However, you can take as many photos as you'd like within your allotted time. One of our team members can certainly take a couple group shots for you!

Which Santa will I get?

We are working with 9 different professional, "real-beard" Santas. Scheduling will be dynamic, so we won't be able to promise you any specific Santa.

What is the cancellation policy?

Due to the costs involved in hiring real-beard Santas for these events, payment must be made in full at the time of booking and no refunds will be given for cancellation after November 1, 2023.

What kind of special treats will be served?

We will be serving limited edition holiday sundaes, rich, creamy Scream Truck hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, and cookies and brownies from Liv Breads. *NOTE: The full menu will not be available for Santa events.

Why isn't my town listed?

Santa events are available in towns where Scream Truck already offers private events and our reserved routes.

What happens if the weather is bad?

In the case of rain or snow, the Santa must remain inside the truck (to protect his Santa suit). Guests can interact with Santa at the service window and kids can come inside the truck to meet Santa! If the weather causes dangerous driving conditions and we are unable to make it to your home, we will do our best to reschedule your event. However, IT CANNOT BE GUARANTEED due to the availability of our Santas. If we are unable to reschedule your event, you will be issued a full refund.

Do we need to tip the crew?

Tipping is not mandatory, but it is certainly appreciated! Our crew can accept cash or credit card tips.
