FUNDRAISERS

• Review the information herein and then submit your application below. Someone will get back to you within 3 business days.
• In order to be considered for a fundraiser event, you must be a public school or 503(c)(3) organization. Please limit fundraiser requests to one per organization, per calendar year. All requests are subject to availability. In peak season, our trucks are generally booked for events 60-75 days in advance.
  

• For any fundraiser event, Scream Truck will donate 10% of gross revenue generated during the event. This amount will be deducted from the total revenue at the end of the event.
• In order for Scream Truck to serve as many people as possible (and help you raise the most money possible), (1) Our menu will be limited to one regular size cup of ice cream (vanilla, chocolate, or twist) with one topping and one drizzle per person for a flat fee of $6 per serving. (2) Tickets or vouchers for ice cream must be sold in advance or on-site by the host organization. Each ticket will cost $6 and can be presented to Scream Truck staff at the window for one serving of ice cream.
• This format allows us to serve approximately 90 servings per hour per truck vs. approximately 50 servings per hour per truck with our full menu, and our staff processing each payment. Due to the demand of our reserved routes, we prefer to bring multiple trucks in order to serve a large crowd in a shorter period of time. Example: if you're expecting 250 guests, we will bring 3 trucks for 1 hour vs. 1 truck for 3 hours.
• If Scream Truck is a dessert option alongside other food trucks serving lunch/dinner, we will arrive one hour after other food trucks start service.

• Host organizations must provide an update on expected attendance and/or advance ticket sales numbers 14 and 7 days prior to the event. Scream Truck, at its sole discretion, may adjust the number of trucks and/or number of hours based on these numbers.
